Ordering Information
Sales Policy: SouthWest Wholesale Jewelry
(SWWJ) sells wholesale jewelry to the trade only. All retail
inquiries are welcome -- we will gladly refer you to our clients that sell the jewelry in
which you are interested.
Order Methods: Once you have set up a wholesale jewelry account, you can
submit orders during our normal business hours via the toll-free number, or 24 hours a
day/7 days a week via FAX at (505)265-4003 or e-mail at Info@SWWJ.com.
FAX and e-mail orders received after normal business hours are processed the
following business day.
Standard Orders: While many go out faster, for planning
purposes, customers can expect orders to be shipped 3 - 5 business days after
receipt of the order.
Rush Orders: Rush orders are defined as those that are
required to be shipped the same or the day following receipt of the order. We are
happy to make every effort to work with clients to meet their shipping/delivery deadlines,
but unfortunately, rush orders are not eligible for Discount Volume Prices.
Minimum Orders: All orders must be for a minimum of
$250.00.
Discounts: Our discounts are order-specific and the details about all
discounts offered are provided on each price list. Call for more details.
Payment: A large variety of payment options are available to our domestic
clients. International orders, unless other arrangements are made in advance, must
be paid via a verified PayPal account or bank wire transfer.
Credit Card - all major credit/debit cards are accepted
PayPal - for orders that are to be shipped to any of the 45
countries in PayPal's secure global network -- a verified PayPal account is strongly
preferred
Prepayment - money orders or company checks only, unless other
arrangements have been made in advance
COD payment - money orders or company checks only unless other
arrangements have been made in advance -- a $8.00 service charge will be added by the
carrier
Payment terms - for established clients only, following a credit
application and review
Bank wire transfer - contact us for detailed wire transfer
instructions
International Orders: All orders must be paid, in $US,
through PayPal or bank wire transfer prior to shipment.
Backorders & Substitutions: We do not automatically backorder items that
are out of stock, but will be happy to do so if you request it at the time you submit your
order. Also, unless otherwise instructed, we do not substitute items when filling orders.
Special Orders: Special orders are always welcome at SWWJ. Over time we have
developed relationships with manufacturers throughout the region and will be happy to
contact them on your behalf if you are looking for jewelry, display or packaging items
that we normally do not advertise or stock.
Guarantee and Return Policy: It is our goal at SouthWest Wholesale Jewelry to
always provide our clients with high quality products at outstanding prices. Our products
are guaranteed against defective workmanship but on occasion, a defective piece of jewelry
may pass through our hands undetected. If you receive a defective piece of merchandise you
may return it for exchange within 30 days of receipt. We require that you contact us, to
receive authorization, prior to returning the piece. Any jewelry returned without
authorization will be returned to the sender. Clients are responsible for freight and
insurance charges on all returned merchandise.
Custom Manufacturing Orders: We can deliver custom jewelry items manufactured
to your specifications and guarantee your retaining exclusive access to the design. Custom
manufacturing requires minimum order volumes and partial up front payments -- both will be
negotiated on a case by case basis.
